Buyer Responsibilities

• Verification: Buyers must verify the identity of the data subject before submitting a DSR.

• Communication: Buyers should maintain clear communication with TDS and the seller regarding the status of the DSR.

• Compliance: Buyers are responsible for ensuring that their handling of DSRs complies with relevant data protection regulations.

TDS Role and Limitations

• Support: TDS provides support to facilitate the handling of DSRs but is not responsible for the actual processing of the data subject's request.

• Information Relay: TDS will relay necessary information between buyers and sellers to ensure the DSR is handled appropriately.

• Compliance Documentation: TDS maintains compliance documentation uploaded by sellers to assist in the verification and processing of DSRs.

Security and Confidentiality
